BIOGRAPHY

Nicolas Kramar is a German-Swedish-Slovakian artist based in Stockholm, Sweden. His background in graffiti, architecture, and philosophy gives his art a unique language. Rich colors and fine gradients intersect with morphing shadows and optical interferences, balancing the simplicity of fundamental shapes with the complexity of their transformations.

Graffiti’s raw energy is not only an aesthetic element but also a symbol of spontaneity and personal freedom. The spray can becomes more than a technique—it is a token of rebellion and the power of expression.

The pursuit of archetypal shapes carries philosophical depth, where ideas are not abstract concepts but living forces that influence the emotional resonance of his work.

The structure and accuracy of architecture provide a formal framework. Spatial elements are not merely physical entities but metaphors for stability, symmetry, and balance. This precise approach opens up a fascinating world of design and form.

For Kramar, working with precision, especially in the space between millimeter lines, has a meditative quality. It is an absolute focus where everything else falls silent. This execution becomes a spiritual practice that is transferred to the observer. His works radiate calmness, creating a meditative state and inviting viewers into the deep layers of form and meaning.

The synergy between these core elements forms a unique artistic language that is both visually compelling and emotionally resonant.
